I want to thank everyone who participated in the grooming of my ‘Bella’. My sweet angel died four days after her grooming. We thought she was sleeping but was not. I picked her up and held her close for a while. I cried that day and everyday since. I still feel her presence in the house. You all did a wonderful job on her. I became handicapped and depended on my sister to bring her for her appointments. Sometimes she was real messy and matted only because I couldn’t get her there. Each time she came back looking and feeling so much better. I want to again thank you for making her look so pretty. I had her for over 13 years and before that I had Gweenie another Shitzu for 17 years. I loved them both and miss them. Thank you all, you are all so special and talented in all that you do. You have always been so nice and professional when I spoke with all of you. Thank-you from baby Bella.

Australian Shepherds can be a bit standoffish with strangers, but if they like you, you will be their best friend for life. When I tell Jenny Bear that she's going to have her day of beauty, she starts to bounce off the walls, she's so excited. “I recently went into The Bark Ark to do a self service wash. The three groomers there were very helpful and I watched them work with the pets they were grooming while I was there. This group was amazing with the animals I could not believe the compassion they showed towards their clients. While I was bathing my own dog they kept coming over and asking if I was doing o.k. and they also checked to make sure I got all the shampoo out...this is a self service..but they were so helpful. I will definitely be back to bath my dog again."
